    Opening of XV Provincial Sports Week of West Java Year 2017

    BANDUNG-Sports Week of The Provincial Government (Porpemprov) XV West Java 2017 was held at the athletics and soccer stadium in integrated sports development center (SPOrT) West Java Arcamanik, Bandung on Tuesday (12/12/17).

    The event begins with an opening ceremony where West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan becomes the builder of the ceremony.

    According to General Chairman of Porpemprov XV, Guntoro, the purpose of this activity is as a gathering event, physical maintenance and at the same time coaching the achievements of CSA West Java Korpri in sports.

    According to Guntoro, Porpemprov XV Year 2017 is followed by 3000 athletes who are all civil apparatus of West Java Provincial Government state incorporated in all Regional Device Organization and 3 assistants in West Java Regional Secretariat environment. They will follow the sports branches, such as: Volleyball, Badminton, Futsal, Chess, Billiards, table tennis and hikes, as well as traditional games, such as a hitch.

    It will last for three days from 12th to 14th December 2017 and the whole match takes place in the central area of Sport Hall Arcamanik Bandung.

    The opening of the XV Porpemprov began with the welcome of the chairman of Porpemprov XV Guntoro, the speech of Governor Ahmad Heryawan as well as the official opening with marked siren button by the Governor together with the Chairman of Porpemprov, West Java Secretary and the Head of Sports Office of West Java.

    After that, the entire contingent was defiled to the main podium, where the Governor and the officials of the Regional Device Organization were present awaiting the arrival of the contingent. The opening ceremony concludes with Porpemprov festivity by a team from West Java Bapenda.
