BANDUNG-PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) alias INTI establish strategic cooperation with PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Both agreed to synergize the development of ticketing modernization in the ASDP environment through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) held Monday (27/11).
"The big goal is to get the efficiency and growth of the company's business through mutual cooperation," said PT INTI (Persero) President Director Darman Mappangara after the signing of the MOU at PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry Headquarters on Monday (27/11).
The MOU signed by the President Director of PT INTI Darman Mappangara and President Director of PT ASDP Faik Fahmi is the first step of increasing the synergy between the two parties through the optimization of resources owned by each party in the framework of synergy of state-owned enterprises (SOEs). The plan, the cooperation will include synergies in the telecommunications industry, electronics, informatics, electricity, and energy. In addition, the two sides agreed on other synergies that are relevant to these two red plates.
In this partnership, PT INTI provides M-POS device for e-ticketing PT ASDP which has advantages in integrated device or All-In-One Embedded which includes smartphone, mobile printer, e-KTP Reader, and fingerprint. In addition, both parties agreed to cooperate on the utilization of INTIPay services or cash and non-cash payment tools integrated with sales recording application and verification of electronic identity card as alternative payment media in ferry ticket purchase.
President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Faik Fahmi expressed appreciation for the cooperation with PT INTI related to develop modernization of ticketing system in ASDP environment.
According to him, in addition to improving business performance and provide benefits for both companies, cooperation services in e-ticketing transactions will make it easier for service users when buying a ferry ticket.
