BANDUNG - West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) attended the farewell-welcoming ceremony of the Head of the West Java High Court (Kajati) Setia Untung Arimuladi and gave appreciation in accompaniment of gratitude on behalf of the Government and West Java community for the dedication of Untung 458 days as West Java Head High Court.
Faithful Untung Arimuladi has served as West Java High Court since June 1, 2016 and dismissed his position for occupying a new position as Secretary of Attorney General Intelligence (Sesjam Intel) at the Attorney General's Office. Position of West Java High Court subsequently replaced by Loeke Larasati Agoestina.
"On behalf of the Government and the people of West Java to thank Mr. Setia Untung Arimuladi who has served for one year and three months in West Java We judge he succeeded and his job can be run very well in West Java," said Aher in his speech at the event farewell welcome ceremony the Head of West Java High Court in the Office of the West Java High Prosecutor, R.E. Martadinata Street No. 54, the city of Bandung, Wednesday (25/10/17).
"Next Ms Loeke Larasati Agoestina, we believe will be able to carry out the task that has been run by Mr. Untung.New hope comes to the new officials, God willing, Mrs. Loeke will also be able to perform the task very well," he added.
Furthermore, Aher hopes that with the new West Java High Court, in West Java will focus more on prevention and legal guidance. Whether it's a general criminal offense as well as a special criminal, such as a criminal act of corruption.
"We want to prioritize preventive and pre-emptive measures - there are preventive measures to avoid irregularities or violations of the law," Aher said.
Aher also invites to all parties, especially the state organizers in West Java can work in accordance with their respective duties and functions. Aher said, an office would not be eternal and temporary.
"Let us present a good mandate in the management of any position that is on our shoulders, for our glory before Allah SWT when we carry out the mandate as well as possible," said Aher. Meanwhile, Setia Untung Arimuladi also expressed his gratitude to all those who have cooperated and supported him during his tenure as West Java High Court. Untung hopes, in the future the Attorney will give more contribution for the development of West Java area.
"Hopefully in the future the High Court of West Java can provide color for the progress of West Java Province," said Untung.

Head of the new West Java High Court, Loeke Larasati Agoestina is a career officer from the Attorney General's Office. Previously, Loeke served as Head of the Center for Asset Recovery of the Attorney General. The Asset Recovery Center is part of the organizational structure of the AGO which is only three years and four months old. In the process of law enforcement, the Attorney General not only take action against people, but also assets that need to be saved.
Loeke also asked for support from all parties, especially elements of Communication Forum of Regional Leaders (FKPD) West Java Province. She hopes to continue the leadership relay in West Java High Court which has been going well under the leadership of Setia Untung Arimuladi.
"I also ask and hope what has been given to Mr. Untung, support, coordination, communication that has been well established, it also can be given to us, as long as we served in West Java High Court. Without the support and cooperation from all of you, of course I can not do anything, especially in the process of law enforcement and other duties in the Attorney, "said Loeke who also served as Head of the Yogyakarta Provincial Prosecutor's Office and Deputy Chief Prosecutor High Riau Islands Province.
"Hopefully our presence here can contribute better and of course that is expected. I am also very open with criticism, suggestions, opinions from all elements of society with the aim for the good of us all, "she concluded.
