BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government signed the MoU in cooperation with the High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) West Java Province. The cooperation includes civil and state administration.
MoU signed by West Java Governor, Ahmad Heryawan and Head of the High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) West Java Setia Untung Arimuladi. The signing of this cooperation is a form of cooperation extension conducted in 2012.
West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan said the security of the assets must be protected legally by involving the assistance of prosecutors.
"This cooperation is related to land acquisition, who knows suddenly the land of West Java Provincial Government claimed by other parties, it's a state lawyer that is the Prosecutor," he told reporters at Gedung Sate, Bandung, Monday (2/10/2017).
At the same time, West Java Provincial Government is cooperating with West Java High Prosecutor's Office in the field of Escort, Government Security, and Central and Regional Development (TP4D) aimed at securing from the beginning of government project.
The goal, for the implementation of government projects from the beginning supervised, well laid out such as the tender team, the quality of the tender, and the honesty of the tender. So, when the tender and the project so, there is no problem anymore.
"Of course we want to present government projects as well as government tenders to be safe from the beginning, we do not want to be in the beginning until the end of the problem, so we anticipate early and avoid the corruption," he explained.
Meanwhile, West Java High Prosecutor's Office, Setia Untung Arimuladi said the cooperation is intended to make government projects safe from the beginning without any legal problems.
"The signing of the MoU today is an affirmation of the extension of administrative cooperation in order that the West Java provincial government's program of development can be successful, no deviations, budget absorption at the end of the year is achieved," he concluded. (MAT)
