"If you need to bang on the industry, check whether it is a violation or not," said Aher after Samsat Citarum Bestari meeting at Gedung Sate on Friday (15/9).
Aher said law enforcement is one of the strongest efforts to re-clear the citarum, especially from industrial waste.
"If there is no proper law enforcement, it will not clean up, so why we form Samsat, one of them is law enforcement because in Samsat various elements involved there is prosecutor, police, PPNS, Government also exist" he said.
According to Aher if the process of destruction Citarum lasted several decades, then the improvement should be less than that.
"At least maybe ten years is the time we need to restore the Citarum back clean" he hoped.
