BANDUNG-Responding to the humanitarian tragedy that occurred in Arakan province of Myanmar where there was a massacre of Rohingya ethnic, West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan said that the people of West Java and Indonesia take care, especially as fellow Muslims.
"First of all I deeply regret this tragedy, even in a country where the leader is a Nobel peace laureate Aung San Suuki, my appeal to the people of West Java and Indonesia to participate in care according to ability, for example by demonstration, please" he said.
According to Aher, if necessary remove the nobel prize given to Aung because in fact he let the military action that killed thousands of ethnic Rohingya over the last few years.
"It's been a long time, not new this time, but it seems the Myanmar government itself is like allowing military action that can be categorized as genocide or ethnic cleansing" he explained.
But Aher says the most urgent thing to do right now is to help Rohingya refugees so they can live a decent life. (Even)
