BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government through the Livestock Service Office continues to develop local cattle ranches that exist in some areas of the city and district in West Java.
Vice Governor of West Java, Deddy Mizwar said, currently local cattle seed in West Java is pretty good live just to keep the effort from calves (pedet) to be feasible to cut.
"Our culture is still lacking, because calves is still from outside West Java that comes from East Java, including also the food is still from outside," said Vice Governor, after handed over animals qurban in Masjid Raya West Java, Friday (01/09)
According to the vice governor, feed for cattle in the future should be better, so the development of cattle ranging from calf to decent to be sold and cut all done in West Java.
As for sheep the Vice Governor acknowledge, farmers in West Java have been better in developing livestock than other regions
"Sheep has been developed from Garut so Primagama sheep and already have the essence," he said. (Parno)
