BOGOR CITY-Vice Governor of West Java Deddy Mizwar asserted, data of poor people in West Java as much as 4.168.000 people is complete and detail, good name, address and other data. Therefore, according to him, there is no longer any reason for city/ regency government to argue that it can not serve the poor.
"The data is now complete, and in Bappeda there is even a special field that handles the data, so there is no excuse for the poor people not to be handled," said the Vice Governor who is familiarly called Demiz when opening the Coordination Meeting of Poverty Reduction Coordination Team of BKPP Region I in Bogor, Wednesday (8/30).
According to Demiz the country is actually present to take care of the weak and poor. So if there are poor people who are not helped it is the same as the absent state.
"Actually, the state and the government are for them, it is useless for the government, if the poor are not neglected, it is not trusted," he said.
Poverty reduction coordination meeting in BKPP Region I is intended to strengthen institutions in poverty reduction through updating the complete data and synergy between relevant stakeholders.
