BANDUNG–BPKP of West Java submit the results Assessment of GCG implementation in Bio Farma 2016, where the only vaccine company scored very high.
The handover was done by Iman Achmad Nugraha, Head of BPKP West Java Province to Juliman, Plt.President Director of Bio Farma and witnessed by Purnomo Sinar Hadi, Deputy Assistant of Industrial and Pharmaceutical II of Ministry of SOEs and Bio Farma Commissioner, Heridadi at Bio Farma Office Pasteur Street, Thursday (10/8).
"The assessment process has been running smoothly, for 25 days, today we get the scores, regardless of the value we achieved, I give appreciation, for the last 3 years we have achieved very good value, this year our 5th period in ases by BPKP of West Java" Juliman said, Plt. Managing Director of Bio Farma.
Iman Achmad Nugraha, Chief of West Java BPKP Representative said, Bio Farma has applied the principles of Good Corporate Governance also been doing control, but still there is an area for improvement.
"Bio Farma has a good value from the commitment aspect to the implementation of good corporate governance in a sustainable manner, shareholder aspect and GMS, Aspects of Board of Commissioners, Aspects of Directors, Aspects of Information Disclosure and Transparency and Other Aspects. With a total score of 90.494, increase from the previous year of 86.83," he said.
Meanwhile, Purnomo Sinar Hadi, Assistant Deputy of Agro Industry and Pharmaceutical II of Ministry of SOEs, in his speech said that all state-owned companies must conduct GCG assessment by independent parties, and must be consistent between the process business, manual board and SOP.
