BANDUNG-The National Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN) stated that on August 8, 2017 there will be a partial lunar eclipse in all parts of Indonesia. "So on August 8 in the morning will happen partial lunar eclipse not a total lunar eclipse," he told reporters in Bandung, Sunday (06/08/2017).
Head of National Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN), Clara Yatini explains, chronology of this partial lunar eclipse are Initial Phase Penumbra on August 7 at 22:50:02 WIB, Initial Phase Umbra at 00:22:55 WIB at 8 August, Phase Peak is darkness (01:20:27 WIB), Phase End Umbra (02:18:10 WIB) and Final Phase Penumbra (03:50:56 WIB).
Clara rate the natural phenomenon is fairly normal because everytime its full moon will occur lunar eclipse.
The lunar eclipse impacts the rising sea water. Because the position between earth-moon and sun in the same line. Sea tide is a normal natural phenomenon.
