Social Assistance Program of family Hope(PKH) Reached Rp 11.3 Trillion

BANDUNG-Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) noted that the total social assistance (bansos) program of Family Hope (PKH) has reached Rp11.3 trillions and possibly the number of PKH bansos distributed in the third phase reaches Rp 3 trillion.

Social Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansa said that his party is optimistic that the distribution of PKH Stage III bansos will be completed entirely in August. Thus, the preparation of increasing the number of beneficiary families (KPM) PKH to 10 million in 2018 is ready to be implemented.

"I have gathered all the echelons of one, two, and three within the Ministry of Social Affairs to getong royong to finish this homework," he said in his official statement in Bandung on Friday (28/7 / 2017).

Not only that, the State Bank Association (Himbara) consisting of BNI, BRI, Mandiri, and BTN was also asked to make the plan successful. Himbara itself played a role in the distribution of non-cash PKH bansos and Non-Cash Food Assistance.

According to Khofifah, if found there are districts or cities that disbursement has not been implemented, then bansos will be given by rappel in August.

"The nominal amount of Bansos PKH itself is Rp 1,890,000 which is divided into four stages, namely in February, May, August and November," he said.

Khofifah hopes Local Government can play an active role in the process of disbursement of PKH and supervision mechanism in the field. With such synergy, the August target is not something difficult to achieve.

Khofifah also recalled the designation of PKH bansos. If found KPM who spend for consumptive purposes then it would not hesitate to revoke it.

"On many occasions I always emphasize this, because I want this bansos right on target and usage Do not get that money directly buy here and there which is not appropriate, like allotment of pulses and cigarettes one of them," he concluded. (MAT)
