    May, Tourists to West Java are Also Decreased


    BANDUNG-The arrival of foreign guests or tourists through Husein Sastranegara Airport in May 2017 decreased.

    Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of West Java informed that during May 2017 the number of foreign tourists who come to West Java is 15,162 people decreased by 9.20 percent compared to April 2017 which recorded 16,495 people.

    The tourists who come through the Muarajati Port Cirebon are all crew members whose numbers rose from 160 people in April 2017 to 177 people in May 2017 or up by 10.63 percent.

    The foreign tourists who arrived is certainly staying in hotels around West Java. BPS records the general average length stay of guests in star hotels in May 2017 is 1.98 days and in non-star hotels is 1.32 days.
