BANDUNG-In its step to 71-year-old, police force should be more professional and improve its capabilities. This is one of the contents of the written mandate from the President of the Republic of Indonesia which was read by the Governor of West Java, Ahmad Heryawan as the inspector of the Bhayangkara 71th Birthday ceremony at Gasibu Bandung, Monday (10/7).
"Do not accentuate violence but must use approach, mastered the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in carrying out various police duties," he said.
In the ceremony of the 71st anniversary of Bhayangkara. Police honorary star also handed by the President of RI to 600 police officers who served in West Java Police. The honorary star was awarded to a member of the Police who performed well and was able to serve beyond his obligations.
After the ceremony, West Java defile element of police force was also held, start from police units and its alutsista.
The event closed with a warm welcome and amusement which was attended by Governor of West Java, West Java Police and Commander III Siliwangi. (Even)
