    West Java PLN Ready for Poor Customer Verification


    BANDUNG-The state-owned enterprises, PT. PLN West Java Distribution (DJB) ready to verify the field data related to poor and vulnerable poor customers.

    According to GM PT. PLN DJB Iwan Purwana, verification was done after PLN gets the data from the National Team for Alleviating Poverty (TNP2K) Center related to the electricity subsidy to customers who are considered by PLN was capable.

    "We will conduct direct verification, based on data from TNP2K was already submitted to PLN some time ago. We're need to ensure that data in the field, in order to really valid in a factual,” said Iwan in his office, Wednesday (23/12).

    Iwan said the total data customers in West Java more than 4 million subscribers, while the data of the poor approximately one million subscribers.

    “PLN’s customer data in West Java by more than 4 million subscribers, while poor customer data we estimate reaches more than 1 million subscribers,” he said.

    According to Iwan, the data received from TNP2K was just customers using electricity power 900 VA, while those using the 450 VA power has not been received.
