BANDUNG-Deputy Governor of West Java Deddy Mizwar (Demiz) stated that the work of journalists and his writings or his work in the news can determine the fate of a person, nation and even the future.
This was revealed by Demiz when breaking the fast with journalists who usually cover in Goverment Province West Java, at Tower Building Sate, Thursday (22/6).
"So be careful, because your work is so big, it can be madlorot (bad) or maslahat (good)" said Demiz.
Demiz said, as a fellow Muslim he just reminded, rather than want to control the news.
"I do not mean to control news or your journalism work, but as a fellow Muslim I just want to remind it especially in the holy month as it is now," said the Indonesian senior actor.
Then when mentioned about his appointment plan in West Java elections in 2018, Demiz just say everything is written in Lauhul Mahfudz.
"Relaxed, everything is written in Lauhul Mahfudz who will lead West Java later. Communication with the party or as individual person yes I did that as an effort" he said.
Before breaking the fast Demiz read a poem 'Hanya Ema Yang Tahu' by Chofifah Indar Parawansa which tells about how hard the struggle of a mother raising her son, and also sang Jamrud's song, which he said as his favorite song. (Even)
