BANDUNG-Implementation of Regional Expenditure Budget (APBD) submitted by Provincial Government (Provincial) of West Java to West Java Parliament stated that the average income of West Java's surplus even the highest compared with other provinces in Indonesia.

Heryawan revealed that it shows the quality of West Java provincial planning supported by the implementation of the maximum regional expenditure budget duties both in the financial sector and fiscal.
"The remainder of the budget is not dominated by savings and income surpluses, so if the remaining budget is not done it is wrong, but if the budget surplus or silva is dominated by the savings of the existing tender plus the surplus of income it is certainly a good silva," he explained.
