BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government is optimistic became the best regional government in the Common Survey by the National Team Evaluation of the Implementation Regional Government (EPPD).
The focus of the evaluation itself is making and policy implementation.
Head of National Team EPPD, Gensly, Monday (21/12) in Bandung said it conducted a survey of the regional administration reports (LPPD) in 2014. Today, the survey has entered the top 6 positions.
“West Java has included in the top six positions along with East Kalimantan, Yogyakarta, Central Java and East Java," he said.
He explained generally, the criteria assessed include the making and implementation of policies. The number of indicators considered quite a lot which reaching of 780 items.
West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan said it had been explained to the National Team EPPD on innovation and development success that has been achieved West Java in various sectors ranging from agriculture, farming, education, infrastructure and others.
"We have already achieved numerous awards including the reasonable with exceptions (WTP),” he explained.
Seeing these conditions, he is optimistic will pass the selection entering the top three ranks of best-performing local governments.
“We are optimistic to reach the top three, and if consecutively for three years we will receive a special award," he said.
