BANDUNG-West Java Art and Culture Center (WJACC) or art and cultural center of West Java will soon be realized. Vice Governor of West Java, Deddy Mizwar asserted, the stage of building construction is now on the assessment of the five nominations of the winners of architectural building contest.
"As many as 160 participants, five remaining nominations will be re-evaluated by the jury. It is expected that this May has also come out the winner, "said Demiz" greeting familiar Deddy Mizwar.
According to Demiz, the architectural design contest for the arts building was done because the West Java provincial government can not directly appoint the architect.
"So far we do not know which architects specialize in the development of the arts building, and to get ideas, we are holding the competition," he said.
The West Java art building is planned to be built on the land owned by West Java Provincial Government on Pahlawan Street of Bandung City of 4 hectares. Physical construction is planned from early 2018.
