According to him, with the transfer of supervisory function, it is expected that the performance of industrial relations supervisor of West Java Government should be better by involving trade unions / labor unions in West Java.
Meanwhile, Chairman of West Java DPD FSP LEM SPSI Muhamad Sidarta said other things that are still a polemic is a matter of wage determination process, where in West Java Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), District Minimum Wage (MSM), District Minimum Sectoral Wage / Municipalities and Wage Structure and Scale (SUSU), especially with the enactment of Government Regulation No. 78/2015 on Remuneration deemed by the workers as contrary to Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower.
"Until today UMSK 2017 Karawang and Purwakarta regency can not be ratified by the Governor of West Java because the process has not been completed in each district, even UMSK 2017 Bandung which is the capital city of West Java Province until now is not clear yet on the progress of phasing determination Bandung City UMSK 2017 process, "he explained.

Sidarta added that his party rejects district / city regulation throughout Indonesia on anti-smoking areas as opposed to Government Regulation 109/2012 regarding tobacco industry.
