    10th National Anti-Corruption Day Festival in Sabuga, Bandung


    BANDUNG-10th International Anti-Corruption Day in National Level, Thursday (10/12) take place at Sabuga Building in Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). 

    It also attended by national officials, which include Coordinating Political, Legal and Security Affairs Minister (Menkopolhukam), attorney general, National Police chief, Minister of Health and Head of Regional Representatives Council (DPD), the ranks of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), officials of West Java and academics, high school teachers, community leaders and community anti-corruption.

    On the occasion, there are no members of Parliament as expressed by KPK chairman, Taufik Ruki.

    Originally President Joko Widodo will provide the national direction, but because related to his health conditions, then Menkopolhukam, Luhut Panjaitan attended this event to represent President.

    Events of World Anti-Corruption Day packaged in the form of Anti-Corruption Festival in Bandung 2015. It’s enlivened with a series of activities include a ceremonial which delivered a speech from Governor of West Java, and Chairman of KPK Taufik Ruqi, and continued by speech of President which delivered by Menkopolhukam, Luhut Panjaitan. 

    After the speeches, performed the read of national anti-corruption pledge which read by personnel member of Slank bank and followed by the audience. And continued by signing and writing anti-corruption in patchwork by Menkopolhukam, Chairman of KPK, Head of DPD, and Bandung Mayor. It’s as a symbol of the seriousness of the Republic of Indonesia in combating corruption.

    Luhut Panjaitan was accompanied by Taufiq Ruki visited the stand exhibition was followed by all ministries and national institutions. All the stands materials by each ministries and national institutions presented entitled "Anti-Corruption", as an efforts to improve public services.

    At the entrance of Sabuga Building, there is KPK stand which featuring material about goods gratuities received by officials and reported to the Commission. It’s including Acoustic Guitar, that presented by President Joko Widodo to KPK, watches, jewellery and other precious stones.
