BANDUNG-The Selection Committee of Tilawati Quran (STQ) XV Level of West Java province in 2017, which will take place starting from Saturday (08/04) to Thursday (13/04) in Bandung, Dady Iskandar said that, in contrast to the previous year implementation, this year, the committee will apply online rules or e-STQ.
"The participants must register online through e-STQ application so that it can minimize cheating since there will be no participants having two residence status will can be accounted for," he said.
Dady hoped that, with this registration system, there will be no more participants changing their residence status only to represent particular regions or provinces.
"The participants should be consistent with the rules implementing national e-STQ, so no more use of double ID cards," Dady reported to reporters, on Thursday (06/04).
Dady added that the committee by appointing an independent team also undertakes certification process for the Board of Judges for the STQ XV Level of West Java province in 2017.
"The identities of those who are chosen as the Judges will be kept secret, this is done to minimize fraud," he concluded. (Parno)
