    Dadang Naser: "There is No Transaction in Getting Position"


    BANDUNG REGION-The Head of Bandung Region, H. Dadang Naser, SH, S.Ip., M.Ip., appointed 160 State Civil Apparatus (ASN). He emphasised that there is no transaction in getting a position specifically in Bandung Regional Government. Bandung Regent stated the matter at Superintendent and Functional Position Innauguration of Bandung Region at Moch. Toha building, Friday (20/1).

    "Wherever ASN serve, they have to do their job well, correspond to their main duties and functions. There is no transaction in getting any position, the task has to be done whole-heartedly without any compulsion," Dadang emphasised.

    In that occasion, the Regent of Bandung reminded all ASN to improve their quality, discipline and professionalism in executing vision and mission specifically in the development of Bandung Region.

    "Quality, discipline and prfessionalism of ASN need to be improved. If they does not improve their quality, Bandung Regional Government will not hesitate to act firm towards ASN who are idle and incompetent at their job," said Dadang.

    Moreover, those ASN who had just been innaugurated have to carry out the programmes that had been budgeted.

    "You can correct which programme that is in citizens side or not. And I hope you can work well and can make significant progress for us,"he said.

    However, according to Staff Education and Training Agency (BKPPD), Teguh Purwayadi, this innauguration consists of 98 position of Superintendent/ eselon IV, 45 functional position of teacher, 16 functional position of auditor and 1 functional position of inspector.

    This innauguration was held at new fiscal year and new Organisational Structures and Working Procedures (SOTK), with hope that new officials are doing their task with a good start.

    "This innauguration is a part of structuring bureaucracy organization and I hope it will make the performance and integrity of the government better," said he.
