    The West Java Farmers' Term of Trade (NTP) Reaches 107.20


    BANDUNG - The West Java Farmers' Term of Trade (NTP) in November 2015 (2012 = 100) stood at 107.20, up to 0.38 percent compared to October 2015 amounted to 106.80 NTP.

    This is caused by Farmer Accepted Price Index (IT) rose of 0.69 percent higher than the Farmers Paid Price Index (IB), which rose 0.31 percent.

    In November 2015, three of the five sub-sectors which have experienced increasing of NTP, namely NTP of smallholder crops sub-sector rose 1.99 percent from 94.93 into 96.82, NTP of food crops sub-sector rose 0.47 percent from 109.93 into 110.45 and NTP of horticultural sub-sector rose 0.28 percent from 105.62 into 105.91.

    "While the NTP of livestock sub-sector down 0.46 percent from 111.51 into 110.99 and the NTP of Fisheries Sub-sector down 0.42 percent from 98.68 into 98.27,” said Doddy Gunawan, the West Java Statistics Agency (BPS).
