BANDUNG-performance test results on the educational facilities that is done by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Representative of West Java province showed positive conditions.
Indonesia Head of Supreme Audit Agency Representative West Java, Arman Syifa said, currently it has a budget allocation for education by 20% set by West Java province, regency of Indramayu and Tasikmalaya regency.
However, according to Arman, until now there are still things to be improved, including planning issues fulfillment infrastructure primary and secondary education that are not yet aligned with the central government.
"Still the primary and secondary education infrastructure fulfillment facilities planning which is not supported by valid and accurate data," said Arman, in the event of Audit Reports Second Semester 2016 Submission, in the Hall of Indonesia Supreme Audit Agency, Monday (06/02).
In addition, school facilities and infrastructure database that has not been properly maintained as well as there are still financial aid management mechanism primary and secondary education infrastructure fulfillment grants.
Another thing that also needs to be improved is related to the number of school facilities and infrastructure that are not appropriate, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is incomplete and unclear as well as monitoring and evaluation activities that have not been implemented adequately. (Parno)
