BANDUNG-West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan resumes routine activities, ie blood donors at Indonesia Red Cross (PMI) in Bandung, Aceh Street No. 79, Bandung, on Thursday (02.02.17). This blood donor is the eighth time for the man who is familiarly called Aher.
Aher admitted that at first he did not dare to look at the needle when piercing the skin when blood donors. However, the day he became more familiar with the condition. Moreover, donor activities he did once every three months.
"The feeling emboldened see the needle. Initially the daren't, is now beginning to dare. Hopefully the next three months I can see - the needle prick can plasticity, "said Aher after blood donation.
Aher has a commitment to continue to perform the activities of these blood donation. According to him, the blood donor will give a positive impact on the health of the body. Such as making the blood more dilute (as if a clot can lead to head dizziness) and can stimulate the growth of new blood cells.
"As a governor, this is the eighth time, but it had previously been. God willing, I will continue regularly, once every three months. Until when the Governor was already retired so God willing I was determined to continue to be a blood donor, "said Aher.
In the near future, Aher also plan to collect Esselon officials of West Java province for blood donors. It aims to encourage blood donation activity in the community, especially the staff of the West Java provincial government.
