BANDUNG-West Java Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) will help West Java Police to disseminate new vehicle registration fee.

West Java Head of Regional Revenue Dadang Suharto said the rising cost of vehicle registration renewal is actually not a provincial domain, but the Central Government.

"It was the income of non-tax revenue, not into the province," he said in Bandung, Thursday (5/1).

However, according to him, fixed cost component is included in the listing of vehicle registration as usual. Dadang ensures this policy has been developed by the Centre for a long time, but the new rise formally enacted by January 6th 2017 tomorrow.

"We socialize with police, SAMSAT is helpful, public is known there are new rules that there are new rules governing vehicle registration rates," he said.
