BANDUNG-To prevent corruption in all levels of government, both local and central, then each organizer or state officials are obliged to report their wealth in the form of State Wealth Report (LHKPN) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Until now, local officials in West Java Province has reported its assets reached 96.18%.
West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) revealed that in the event LHKPN Management Evaluation Meeting held by the Commission at the Grand Royal Panghegar Hotel, Merdeka Street No. 2, Bandung, on Wednesday (12.14.16). The event was held from December 14 to 16, 2016.
Moreover, also conducted socialization on Regulatory Commission No. 7 of 2016 regarding the procedure of registration, announcements, and examination of the assets of state officials, as well as technical guidance regarding the procedures for reporting the Wealth of State Officers in Electronic (e-LHKPN) Institute Executive, Legislative, and enterprises in West Java. This is done none other than to get to the governance of Local Government nice and clean (good and clean governance).
"There was 96.18% of state officials in West Java that has been reported wealth, so almost 97%. That means there are not reported. Just be careful, its later TPP could be cut," Aher said in his speech.
"Keep on other sanctions, when later entered the competition for the position echelon on it, we will count among those that have not yet reported their wealth. Yes it will be a record," added Aher evaluation meeting after the opening ceremony.
Overall, there are nine state officials in the Government of West Java Province who shall deliver LHKPN, namely: Governor, Deputy Governor, Chairman of High Admiral (Echelon I and Echelon II), Administration Officer (Echelon III), Head of the Division of Finance in the provincial regional organization, Chief Financial Officer, Auditor / Supervisor Operator Local Government Affairs, Board of Directors / Commissioners and officials at the provincial public enterprises, and certain State officials at the request of the Commission. The data required LHKPN of officials will be continually updated and becomes the input to the database LHKPN Commission.
Submission LHKPN in the Government of West Java Province has been arranged with West Java Governor Regulation No. 55 Year 2016 on Regional Governments LHKPN West Java Province. In this regulation provides for the delivery obligations LHKPN and administrative sanctions for state officials with regard to the delivery of wealth reporting.
The regulation is a refinement of the previous regulation, namely West Java Governor Decree No. 119 / Kep.321-Org / 2008 and West Java Governor Decree No. 119 / Kep.1102-Org / 2011. Both the decree regulates state officials in the Government of West Java Province who shall deliver LHKPN.
"The issuance of these regulations is the commitment and support of the local government in the prevention of corruption, collusion and nepotism," said Aher.
