BANDUNG - Vice Governor of West Java Deddy Mizwar opened Coordination Meeting of legal aid and consultation institute (LKBH) KORPRI West Java at Gedung Sate, Tuesday night (24/11).
In his speech, Vice Governor Deddy Mizwar asserted, LKBH KORPRI is not backing civil servants to break the law, but it would be a deterrent institution lawlessness.
"LKBH is not backing for civil servants to break the law, but it would be a deterrent institution lawlessness. But if there are civil servants who are affected by law case, so that LKBH should provide legal assistance,” he said.
Vice Governor also emphasised, LKBH not seek the case because of the existing budget, but rather the existing budget was used entirely to help lawsuits and providing legal advice to civil servants.
"From the budget funds are disbursed to LKBH used to support activities in giving the best service for civil servants, either just consultation or indeed law litigants,” said Vice Governor.
The 2nd Coordination Meeting of LKBH 2015 will be held for 3 days, and followed by a LKBH in entire City/District in West Java.
