    Ariyanti Education and Training Institutions Increases HR Competency

    BANDUNG-A total of 400 students graduated from the Institute of Education and Training (LPP) Ariyanti follow XXXIV graduation for LPP Ariyanti graduates Year Academic 2015-2016, held at the Harris Hotel & Conventions Festival Citylink Bandung.

    Those who graduated consists of several departments including Offices Administration, Accounting Computer, Finance and Banking Computer, Business Applications Computer, Secretary, Tourism, Tours & Travel, Hairstyling, Skin Beauty, Bridal Makeup and dressmaking.

    President Director of LPP Ariyanti Hj. Dewi Irawati, MBA said that every graduate has a strong competitive in the job market, character, responsible, creative, and innovative necessity of strengthening Human Resources (SDM).

    "Since the beginning of LPP Ariyanti focus on the link and match program with promoting human resources that have strong competitiveness, to align themselves with human resources from other countries, "said Dewi, after XXXIV LPP Ariyanti graduation, Wednesday (12/07).

    According to Dewi, with a link and match concept allows educational institutions together with business and industry so that HR is able to meet the needs of industry.

    "The job market today requires competent human resources in their field with supported by a credible certificate of competence as well as foreign language skills and attitude, "he said.

    Dewi said LPP Ariyanti priority to human resource quality and not quantity, where graduates capable of being a human being who is not only competent, productive, and competitiveness but also has character.
