So that Indonesia could become a nation of winners in the era of global competition, said President, the people need a discipline, responsible, and work-oriented Corps of Indonesian Civil Servant members. "Immediately leave the mindset of past as ego-sectoral, gentry mental, power mental and corruptive mental which just stare at a mere formality ", said the President.
"Focus to energy on the essence of public service, which provides public services can be more inexpensive, faster, more accurate and better. "Eliminate the obstacles that can reduce productivity and inhibit the acceleration of national development ", said Corps of Indonesian Civil Servant Central Trustee, President Joko Widodo.
