    West Java Submits Three Innovations to 17 Provinces

    BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government hands over three innovations that have set by KPK into a pilot project in terms of public services and corruption prevention to 17 provincial to be replicated in respective regions.

    The West Java three innovations are the application of One Stop Integrated Services (PTSP), SKP Online application based on employess Income Repairs Allowance and the application of e-Samsat. This application will be directly applicable in the Province of Aceh, Bengkulu, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Lampung, Banten, Central Java, East Java, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara Timur, North Maluku, Papua and West Papua.

    The signing of a memorandum of understanding the use of this application is done by West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan with 17 Governors and witnessed by the Vice Chairman of the Commission Basaria Pandjaitan in the West Hall of Gedung Sate Bandung, Friday (25/11/2016).

    Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher) feels proud and honored, his applications implemented by another provinces for the good of the community even it can prevent acts of corruption and extortion.

    "It became a pride and honor for us and motivate us to continue to develop innovations, "said Aher to the media.

    Although three of these applications have also been owned by another province but the Commission assess the application belongs to West Java better and feasible in other areas.

    "We are grateful for what we do is viewed better by the Commission so it could be replicated by any other provinces, "said Aher.

    In terms of licensing services, West Java PTSP innovation which has been running since 2012 is the easiest and fastest service in the process. Then from the personnel management system, application of West Java SKP Online is an online system that can monitor the performance of the entire staff. This Performance results is becoming TPP for employees. The TPP program has existed since 2009 and the amount depends on the performance of the produced. With the Online SKP system, the provincial government has removed salary costs due to their employee welfare TPP becomes increased.

    While the application of West Java e-Samsat that have been launched since 2014 ago rated could eliminate the practice of brokering and extortion. West Java community will pay motor vehicles taxes do not need to come to Samsat office, they can pay through all ATMs belonging to Bank BJB, BRI, BNI, BCA and CIMB Niaga. Previous West Java also has a program SAMSAT Gendong, the shuttle service to officials taxpayers tax  located in remote areas far from the city center and then get paid in place online. With this Samsat application, West Java Regional Revenue increased quite dramatically.

    Aher hope, these three innovations can be applied not only in the 17 Provincial alone but in all provinces in Indonesia.

    "Hopefully this can be applied across the province, we are ready to transfer

    the experience we have, "he said.

    Vice-Chairman of the Commission Basaria Pandjaitan appreciate what Governor

    Jabar already provides application and is willing to provide training

    for staff in 17 provincial government.

    "We appreciation to the Governor of West Java and the application is granted

    free, "he said.

    He continued, the Commission will continue to monitor the implementation of these applications up

    that can actually be etched minimal Jabar could match even better

    again.

    "KPK will start in January 2017 to monitor the extent to which the 17 Provincial

    replicate this, "he said.

    "The governor is concerned must continue to monitor their implementation should not

    to left, could match the minimum Jabar, "added Basaria.

    According to him, this West Java application in line with the instructions of President

    Jokowi to further improve service to the public and eliminate

    practice extortion.

    "This has been in accordance with instructions of the President on improving services

    and removing illegal collection practices, "he said.

    When the application has been successfully applied in 17 province of KPK plans

    will menerapakan also across the province.
