    Electricity Generated From Solid Waste-Based Power Plant sold to PLN


    BANDUNG-Mayor of Bandung, Ridwan Kamil said today there is no need regional Solid Waste-Based Power Plant (PLTSa) in other regions and quite concentrated in Legok Nangka Garut Regency.

    "Based on the results of the meeting with Solid Waste-Based Power Plant Development Acceleration Team, Presidential Decree No. 18 Year 2016, applies not only to the city / regency listed in these rules. This regulation also applies to other areas that will build Presidential Decree, "he said.

    Mayor hopes, with this information could address the concerns that the city / regency that are outside of the Presidential Decree will have no purchase facility by PLN.

    "Purchases by PLN at a price stipulated in Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 44 Year 2015 on the Purchase of Electricity by PT. PLN from Municipal Solid Waste-Based Power Plant, "he said.

    According to the Mayor, Minister Regulation states that PT. PLN is assigned to buy electricity generated from Solid Waste-Based Power Plant at a price of 18.77 US cents per kwh for high and medium voltage. As for the low voltage will be appreciated 22.43 US cents per kwh. (Parno)
