    West Java is the First Province to Launch Conduct Archives Movement


    BANDUNG-West Java Provincial Government, as a follow up of National Aware of Conduct Archives Movement has now launched the Conduct Archives Movement with program named West Java Getar Pikat. With the introduction of the program West Java became the first province that has been carrying out conduct archive movement.

    It thus disclosed by West Java Head of Library and Archives (Bapusipda), Nenny Kencanawati, in a statement to reporters at Gedung Sate, Tuesday (15/11/2016).

    Nenny, further explained with West Java Getar Pikat is expected to manage more optimal. With this effort, the archives are created each agency will be complete so that it can help the authorities on contact with the legal process. With a complete archive can be authentic evidence when there are legal issues.

    "West Java Getar Pikat will be disseminated in all regencies / cities in West Java implemented by all Government Coordination and Development Agancy (BKPP). In line with these targets, archives HR or archivist will be added "he said.

    For this year, said Nenny in order to realize West Java Getar Pikat, 10 Regional Organization (OPD) are provided assistance in the form of computer facilities and its applications. With this assistance, archive pattern will use the online system. (NR)
