    First Match of ACSG 2015, Indonesia Reaches The Winning


    KUALA LUMPUR - Indonesia won the first game in the 1st Asean Civil Service Games (ACSG) 2015 Malaysia on badminton sport against Singapore with a score of 5-0 at the Kuala Lumpur Badminton Stadium, on Monday (16.11.15) afternoon.

    Head of Highways West Java province as Indonesian Badminton Team Manager Guntoro says that this first games are the important moments due to able to determine the overall team mood.

    "Thank God we won this first match, I always stress the athletes that winning or losing does not matter, the most important is become the champion,” he said.

    According to Guntoro, badminton particularly followed by only seven countries, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, and Vietnam. "We should be aware to our next opponents, Malaysia. We hoped to get the best results when fighting to them," he said.

    Badminton sports using group system, which are man’s single and woman’s single, man’s double and woman’s double above to 45 years old (veteran players).

    Deputy Chairman of DP KORPRI West Java Province Perry Supaman expressed his optimism gaining achievement from the team.
