BANDUNG - Nambo will became the first regional waste management facility in Indonesia, which utilise the waste management products becoming fuel for cement manufacturing. According to West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan, West Java during this time do not yet having the final waste management facility that can be utilised the results.
"If it implemented, Nambo will be the first regional waste management in Indonesia, which is the result of processing the waste then can be used as fuel for cement manufacture,” he said
Although located in West Java and built by the West Java regional budget (APBD), it’s possible that Nambo will also be used by DKI Jakarta.
"It is possible that Jakarta can also participate using Nambo but there are calculations of the funds. The city/district that can use it (Nambo) are Depok, Bekasi, Bogor and its surroundings,” concluded the Governor.
