BANDUNG-The Government of West Java should develop and support the various needs of the industry from its roots. This statement was made by The Chairman of Indonesian Economists Association (ESSAY) of West Java, Aldrin Herwani.
According to Aldrin, the Government need to develop Industrial Supply from its root, this will reduce the company's production costs, than we have to provide these materials by imports.
"If we do not have the raw material, It will cost us a hugh amount of export cost," said Aldrin, in a discussion on Tuesday (19/07).
Aldrin said that the Government of West Java should be able to see the potential in the region that can support the raw material for production.
"The potential of raw materials to meet the needs of industrial sector in West Java, until now there has been mapped properly, this condition makes many companies in West Java that import raw materials to meet the needs," he said. (Parno)
