BANDUNG - Traditional culinaire in West Java should be Internationally acclaimed. This was expressed by The Chairman of the PKK of West Java Netty Prasetyani on the sidelines of the Competition of Various Processed Foods Nutritious Balanced and Safe (B2SA) at Gedung Sate, Tuesday (19/7) held the Regional Food Security Agency Jabar.
"The potential is tremendous, so this must be known to the world as a unique culinary other areas such as rendang, satay and others. I would encourage the government to do it" Netty said.
Institutionally, according to Netty, the PKK itself has sought to empower the culinary riches of the region through the Working Group 3 that takes care about the food.
"In our own kama PKK seek empowerment typical cuisine is up to the village level. I hope other institutions like the IHRA also welcomed this by using and introducing culinary through hotels and restaurants" he explained.
Processed foods B2SA race participants from the District Municipality in West Java and held for the third time. On that occasion, Netty had tasted some processed foods made mostly of fish and the basic ingredients of each region. (PUN)
