BANDUNG - West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan has set the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) in West Java for 2016 amounted to Rp1.312.355.
Head of West Java Manpower Hening Widyatmoko told to the reporters that the governor has set the UMP and signed it on Sunday night.
"The governor has signed it last night," he said. He explained the UMP determination has been mandated by the Government Regulation No. 78 of 2015 article 45 paragraph 1.
Furthermore, the West Java UMP in 2016 using the formula in the new regulation, which is based on the national inflation data amounted to 6.87% and the rate of economic growth or national United Data Center (PDB) by 4.63%.
