BANDUNG-The Vice Governor of West Java, Deddy Mizwar, believes that a 2.910M2 land on which it lies the office of The Department of Livestock Affairs, Jl. Ir. H. Djuanda No. 358 is belong to The Government of West Java.

Thus, The Government insists to hold the asset eventhough today the dispute is won by the heirs on the judicial review in the Supreme Court, The Government of West Java judges that there is something odd to the situation.

"We believe that based on the data and certificates which also issued under the law, the land is belong to The Government," said Deddy while recieving the supports from various NGOs that belongs to The Alliance of West Java Caring Community (AWJC) in Gedung Sate, on Thursday (16/06/16).

Because of that, he does not want the plaintiff party to occupy the land and he will not tolerate any effort to forcefully occupy the land. "The point is we will hold on to this asset," he said.

According to the AWJC, this case is alarming. If The Government's land could be seized, imagine what would happen to the people's asset or in this case land. "There is a suspicion that this is the work of a mafia which involves government officials in Bandung District Court and the Supreme Court. If they seized The Government's land, imagine what would happen to the people's land?" said Yudi, one of the protestors.

During their demonstration, they demand The Government of West Java along with the police to form a task force anti-land mafia. AWJC also demand the Government to investigate the possibility of any involvement by the officials in West Java National Land Institution.

In order to be ready to face the second execution on July 14, 2016, The Government of West Java along with the concerning parties will plan an effort to keep the assets. "We will think and discuss the technical efforts of keep the asset because it involves several parties," said Deddy.
