    All Fractions are In Favor of The Seven Local Regulations Draft (Raperda)

    BANDUNG-The Vice Governor of West Java, Deddy Mizwar attended the plenary session of the Regional House of Representative of West Java to hear what the fractions have to say about the seven local regulations draft in the plenary hall of The Regional House of Representative of West Java, Tuesday (07/06/2016).
     
    Among the seven local regulation draft (Raperda) are:
    1. The inclusion of West Java's Regional Government capital to PT BPR Intan of West Java, PT BPR Cianjur of West Java, PT BPR karya Utama of West Java, PT BPR Wibawa Mukti of West Java, PT BPR Cipatujah of West Java, PT BPR Majalengka of West Java, PT BPR Arta Galuh Mandiri of West Java, PT BPR Karawang of West Java.
    2. The change of Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2016 regarding the inclusion of Regional capital.
    3. The change of Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2013 regarding the creation of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) in Gas and Oil sector.
    4. The change of Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2014 regarding the inclusion of the Regional Government's capital to oil and gas enterprises in West Java.
    5. Raperda regarding Agronesia enterprise in West Java.
    6. The change of Regional Regulation No.6 of 2012 regarding the honorary title, honorary citizen, and regional awarding.
    7. Raperda regarding the youth service.
     
    The plenary session was attended by 73 out of 100 members of the Regional House of Representative of West Java. All fractions are in favor and support the raperda which was delivered by The Government. Based on their insights, Raperda will be re-examined.
     
    As for the Governor response towards these draft will be heard on the next plenary session, on Monday (13/06/2016).
