BANDUNG-West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan (Aher), revealed that Dharma Karyadhika Day which is also the Anniversary of Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) 70th. It is expected to be a momentum to further bring the role of Kemenkumham in the midst of society, especially in West Java, which has multi-duties and functions finishing legal and human rights issues surrounding the upstream and downstream.
It expressed Aher after acting as Inspector Ceremony on Dharma Karyadhika Day (HDKD) In 2015, at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights (Kemenkumham), West Java, Bandung on Friday (30/10).
Aher explained, Kemenkumham’s task is in very broad scope, ranging from the preparation of the law, socialization, implementation and enforcement. Including the preparation of local regulations and the construction of villages litigious.
According to Aher, the law is a rule that applies to the whole of society, and the law isn’t always means to end up in prison. Aher said, every little thing like obedient pay taxes, not littering, or keep the environment is an action that reflects litigious.
"Litigious is how we obey to the existing rules and also establish rules for our society," said Aher.
"When pay taxes on time, does not damage the protected forests, do not throw garbage into the river, it has included on the litigious actions that we expect," he continued.
Head of Regional Office Kemenkumham West Java I Wayan Sukerta and the heads of structural divisions and officials of Kemenkumham in West Java Regional Office also attend in this event.
