BANDUNG - Member of Commission IX of the House of Representatives, Adang Sudrajat in a release received by jabarprov.go.id, Friday (30/10) said that there is disharmony in legislation (the Act) of health sector. This impacted in a national health care quality improvement that difficult to achieve.
Since the fourth amendment of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945), every sector is following up by making new laws to oversee reforms. However, the health sector is running irregularly by drafting its own law, such as the Health Law, Hospital Law, Medical Practice Law, Social Security Law, BPJS Law, Health Workers Law, Nursing Law, and Mental Health Law.
Under these conditions, the Commission IX of the House of Representatives proposed to undertake a joint meeting of the commission IX and X to adjust disharmony of legislation in the health sector. The concrete proposal was the elimination of competition test, internship, and study discontinuation DLP (primary care doctor).
DLP should have removed, because the lack of competitiveness and very common skills of DLP. If this situation remains continued done, the employment in the health sector will be filled by foreign workers who more specific in skills.
Adang hopes that we should have an authority to be able to stand on our own feet. So that the regulations to support and strengthen national health instruments must be fought.
