BANDUNG-The Government of West Java is encouraging the people that is going abroad as Indonesian Work Forces (IWF) to prepare themselves with good skills.
The Regional Secretary of West Java, Iwa Karniwa said that they will need the skill in order to improve their competitiveness in competing with another country's work forces.
"In the future, we will ensure that we will only despatch skilled work forces," he said. Thus, according to Iwa, in the end, Indonesian Work Forces will be trusted and re-hired.
"We will despatch West Java's IWF to countries with good IWF management such as Hongkong and Australia to avoid trouble that often experienced by the IWF as the result of bad management," he said. (Parno)
