    Aher Proposed the Distribution of Foodstuff to be Escorted by The Military or Police officer

    BANDUNG - The Governor of West Java, Ahmad Heryawan proposed the distribution of foodstuffs to be escorted by the military or police officers. The idea expressed by Aher in front of the Minister of Agriculture, Amran Sulaeman during the launching of people's foodstuffs business programme "Indonesian Farmers Market" in CFD Dago, Bandung on Sunday (15/5).
     
    "In order to avoid the bribery practice along the distribution of foodstuffs, it is better if the distribution is guarded by the military or police officers. Not only it is secure, but it also makes the distrubution of the foodstuffs runs smoothly so the price will not so expensive," said Aher.
     
    The proposal of The Governor is supported by the Minister of Agriculture, Amran Sulaeman by saying that today, his Ministry has already established a cooperation with the coperation of the military and police.
    "I directly accepted the proposal, even we have already established a cooperation with the military and police in order to secure the foodstuffs distribution," said Amran.
     
    Idonesian Farmers Market is the programme of The Minister of Agriculture. The idea of the programme is to sell foodstuffs in around 500 stalls throughout Indonesia for a cheaper price. (PUN)
