BANDUNG - In the leadership of the Governor and Deputy Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil - Uu Ruzhanul, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of West Java, is now trying to implement Dynamic Governance. Dynamic Bureaucracy, according to the Governor, who is familiarly called Emil's call, is completing development by involving various possible strategic stakeholders.
So, continued Governor Emil, various elements of development consisting of professionals, academics, the community to stakeholders, and other elements of development, he summarized in the West Java Development Acceleration Team. The chairman, namely the Chancellor of the University of Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Tri Hanggono Achmad.
"So there will be a Decree of the West Java Development Acceleration Team and I will order that the Dinas also have an advisory team, the task is only to advise, without taking over operations, technically, so this team will only provide one, give advice, "Governor Emil said, at Gedung Sate Bandung, Thursday (1/17/19).
His job, continued Emil, was to ensure that the Governor's vision and mission rolled smoothly, and there were no obstacles in accordance with the target. "So that people see West Java progressing smoothly," Emil said.
The Chairperson of the West Java Development Acceleration Team, who is also the Chancellor of the University of Padjadjaran (UNPAD), Tri Hanggono Achmad, revealed the basis for the formation of this team, namely the increasingly complex challenges of development, disruption and competition between nations.
"West Java has great potential as long as it has supportive capacity. While in Dynamic Governance, there must be innovative and collaborative thinking. The Team's efforts are to encourage existing governance to be as good as possible," explained Tri Hanggono.
The presence of the Team for the Acceleration of Development, will strengthen the government's performance, and provide input, facilitate networking, while technically and the permanent rules that make it happen are the Government. "The team will provide input, build networks, seen from a multi-sector perspective," he said.
