BANDUNG — The Prosperous Praja Consumer Cooperative (KPPS) with 13,000 members of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the West Java Provincial Government officially holds shares in PT Bandarudara Internasional West Java (BIJB).
West Java Regional Secretary (Sekda) and KPPS Chair Iwa Karniwa said the certainty of capital deposits for share participation in the manager of Kertajati Airport, Majalengka had been decided at the BIJB AGM last December 2018. "It was decided the Cooperative as a shareholder after the West Java Provincial Government and Angkasa Pura II," he told West Java Public Relations on Monday (7/1/19).
The PT BIJB GMS gave KPPS a share of 2.26% and required participation 14 days after the GMS was held. The Regional Secretary confirmed that the first phase of capital transfer funds will be transferred this Monday. "First worth 1.13% with a value of IDR 25.8 billion, we realized," said the Regional Secretary.
Shares amounted to 2.26% if the total participation of KPPS in PT BIJB was IDR 51 billion more. For the second phase, capital participation is scheduled to be carried out by the KPPS in December 2019 according to the resolution of the GMS. "We will report capital participation in the realization of participation in the annual member meeting on January 10," said Iwa.
The certainty of being a shareholder has gone through a careful calculation and mechanism process. Since running for three years, currently KPPS has served 3,000 members out of a total of 13,000 members out of tens of thousands of high school / vocational teachers. "Our total outstanding is IDR 38 billion, so it's still standby money if members need us to be ready," he said.
Share ownership in PT BIJB is certainly a form of contribution from the West Java provincial government in order to raise the international airport. Secondly, in terms of business analysis, Iwa said, it is possible for profits to occur in the next 2-3 years. "This is in line with the completion of the Cisumdawu toll road, so ASN needs to contribute," he said
